Hello world!
Is there a more fitting title as well as opening to one’s inaugural post on a brand new blog? It’s friendly, simple, and direct to the point. Hence, for my first post here on IdlePixels, I’ll try to remain just as friendly, simple, and direct in giving all of you a brief insight into what this blog is all about and what you should expect to see from it 10, 50, 100 posts down the line.
First off, a sincere thank you from me to you for your visit, and a quick promise that via this blog I will do my best to channel my love and passion for video games into each and every post. You can expect to read anything from serious video game reviews, to my personal video game pipe dreams, to thoughtful and well informed takes on the latest and greatest in video game news. With that said, you can also expect to see me squeeze out a few “idle pixels” now and again. Aside from video games this blog will probably at one point or another touch on music, movies, life, and… well, you get the idea don’t you?
I could probably go on and on about me, about this site, and just about any thing else that might “fluff” the both of us, but I’d like to think that I’ll be able to do exactly that, one bit at a time after each and every post, without having to drown you in an even longer rant right now.
So remember, stay tuned to this blog because more often than not, your gaming hunger will surely be quenched… also expect much, much less cheese and “site pimping” from me in future posts.
